1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CONSO platform at conso.xyz (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. CONSO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your credentials and connected wallet(s).
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Consumer Passport & Data

CONSO aggregates publicly available and user-authorized data to construct your Consumer Passport. You retain ownership of your personal data. By connecting third-party platforms or wallets, you grant CONSO a limited license to access and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service. You may revoke access at any time through your account settings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to inflate your Consumer Passport score or game Smart Campaigns.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written consent.

6. Smart Campaigns

Participation in Smart Campaigns is voluntary. Campaign rewards are determined by the respective campaign creator and are subject to the individual campaign's terms. CONSO does not guarantee any specific reward outcome. Fraudulent participation will result in immediate disqualification and may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials provided by CONSO are the exclusive property of CONSO or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. User-generated content you submit remains yours; by submitting it you grant CONSO a non-exclusive license to display and use it in connection with the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CONSO does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; CONSO is not responsible for lost funds due to user error or third-party failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CONSO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if CONSO has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

CONSO may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
